Thoroughbred Wellness and Recovery treats substance use and addiction across Georgia, with locations in Cartersville and Marietta. Care follows a complete continuum so people can move between levels without gaps - medical detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient (PHP/IOP), and outpatient support.
Alongside evidence-based clinical care, Thoroughbred offers onsite weekly equine-assisted therapy - a powerful, hands-on way to rebuild trust, regulation, and connection. The program also supports people facing co-occurring mental health conditions, treating the whole person rather than a single diagnosis.
